The Jackson Hill Ranch is comprised of 2,131 acres located just south of Reagan, Texas along Highway 6 approximately halfway between Waco and Bryan/College Station. Improvements consist of a ranch manager house and 3,000 square foot equipment shed. There are two large sets of working cattle pens on both sides of the ranch. The property can be accessed from either Highway 6, CR 254 or CR 256 and the property has good ranch roads crossing throughout the property.
